Quartz counters through the kitchen, with a full-height quartz backsplash carried behind the cooktop run and again at the built-in desk. The island takes the sink, and the double ovens and cooktop stay on the perimeter.

Avocatus quartzite carried across the island top and down both ends, bookmatched so the veining mirrors across the seam at the sink. Quartz vanity tops in the master and both guest bathrooms. Outside, we set the White Persa granite counters and full-height backsplash on the barbecue, cut the appliance openings and set the equipment in place.
Porcelain throughout. In the kitchen, a bookmatched waterfall island with a porcelain insert under the overhang, and a full-height porcelain backsplash carried past the cabinets to the ceiling, mitered where it returns into the window. The fireplace surround runs full height in the same material, with a small porcelain top on the built-in beside it. In the master, both vanities, the step-down makeup counter, and a shower lined in full slabs rather than tile. A long counter and sink in the laundry room.
