What We Do for Mesa Homeowners

Not every Mesa project is a gut remodel. Plenty start with a single surface: one vanity top, a laundry room counter, new countertops over cabinets that are still in good shape, or a tile backsplash to finish a kitchen that's otherwise done. We take those jobs and we template them, lay out the slabs, and install them the same way we would a full kitchen.

A full remodel runs the whole sequence: Mark measures and designs the cabinetry, templates the space and lays out the slabs. Once the materials are ready we tear out the existing countertops and cabinetry, prepare the space, install semi-custom Kemper cabinetry, and set the tile: subway, herringbone, arabesque, patterned, or full-height. That's where the detail work lives, with waterfall edges, mitered corners, and vein-matched seams carrying a pattern from the countertop up through the backsplash and hood surround.

Outside the kitchen and bath, we handle full slab fireplace surrounds, laundry room counters, and countertops for outdoor kitchens and barbecue areas. Mesa has the most varied housing stock in the East Valley, from mid-century homes in the west and central parts of town to 1970s and '80s neighborhoods like Dobson Ranch and much newer construction out east. What we walk into here ranges more widely than almost anywhere else we work. If you're deciding between materials, start with our Countertops & Cabinetry page. Our Process shows how a job runs from the first consultation through completion, and Our Work has more finished projects across the Valley.
